I am an ABA consultant and student counsellor with over ten years’ experience of working with autism and learning disabilities, applying the scientific principles of ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis). I have completed four years of training in Transactional Analysis, with additional training in acceptance and commitment therapy, humanistic counselling skills, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and working with couples.
Between 2016 and 2018, I have also been Chair of the Research Committee at the UK Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA), supporting members in applying the scientific principles of research to improve their everyday practice.
